On Saturday, a group of K1KA members, along with their families, enjoyed a brilliant afternoon by the sea, thanks to a generous invitation from Sam, who kindly hosted a BBQ at her beach hut.
 

Sam wanted to say thank you to everyone for making her feel so welcome since joining the academy, and this was a perfect way to do it. We even managed to catch the best of the weekend weather, although it was definitely too windy for the gazebo!
 

Coach Ian stepped up to take charge of the barbecue, and the kids made the most of the beach, running around and playing by the sea.
 

It was another lovely display of the family spirit that runs right through K1KA: members supporting each other, spending time together, and creating memories both in and out of the gym.
 

A great time was had by everyone who came along. Thanks again to Sam for bringing us all together!
