Last weekend, a few members of the K1KA crew headed down to London to watch Cage Warriors 196 at the Indigo at The O2, and it was a brilliant evening of professional-level MMA.
 

Watching the action live was a real eye-opener. The level of skill, discipline and respect shown by the fighters was something to admire. It was a great reminder that martial arts isn’t just about power, it’s also about precision, mindset and years of dedicated training.
 

Just as importantly, it was another chance for our group to spend time together outside the gym.
 
Shared experiences like these help to build the strong sense of community that makes K1KA special.
